To enroll in our services, please visit our pricing page, choose the plan that suits you, and complete the onboarding documents (including signing the client agreement, uploading your ID, and providing proof of address). After you’ve submitted these documents, we’ll arrange an onboarding meeting, which can be conducted virtually or over the phone. To cancel your account with Clear Credit Solutions, please submit your request in writing. You can either email us at clientcare@theclearcredit.com or send a written letter to 100 7th St Suite 104, Portsmouth, VA 23704

Due to TSR compliance regulations, we’re unable to communicate via phone until after you’ve signed the client agreement. However, we’re happy to connect with you through email, text, or chat in the meantime. Once the agreement is signed, we’ll be more than happy to reach out to you by phone.
